Multiple JAGUARS receive All-Conference and All So-Cal Honors
The #9 Southwestern Jaguars ended up the regular season with a 27-10 record , and 13-3 record with a 2nd place finish in the Pacific Coast Conference. The Jags received honors leading with 1st team All Conference Yasmine Jameson and Nicole Correia. 2nd Team All-Conference went to Alyssa Garrette and Angelina Guthro.
PCAC Conference:
Yasmin Jameson led the Jaguars in the circle with 11 wins and just 2 losses. In 86 innings pitched she struck out 83 and ended up with a 1.70 ERA. Offensively Jameson hit .344 with 1 HR, 2 doubles, and a 1.000 fielding %. Nicole Correia had a team leading .469 BA, a .714 slugging %, and a .979 fielding % at 1B. Alyssa Garrette led the team in stolen bases with 10, a .388 batting average, and a 1.000 fielding % at SS. Angelina Guthro had a .357 BA and a 1.000 fielding % as well.
All So-Cal:
Nicole Correia again lead the offense with a whopping .487, 5HR, 1 triple, 12 doubles, and a .739 slugging % with again only 2 errors at 1B. Yasmine Jameson hit .357 while amassing a 1.87 ERA, .977 fielding %, and 163 strikeouts.
