Welcome Lady Jaguars Tennis Prospects, I hope that you will come join our award winning Tennis Team. Lady Jaguar Tennis has been part of Southwestern College since the 1970's, many accolades have been earned by our players.....to name just a few: Calif Singles Champion, National Singles Champion, Ojai Community College Singles Champion, Ojai Community College Singles Semifinalist & Doubles Team Quarterfinalists, State Singles & Doubles Team qualifiers, Regional Singles & Doubles qualifiers, PCC Conference Champions in Singles & Doubles, PCAC Conference Player of the Year, Team Conference Championship, and Calif. Community College Scholar Athlete of the Year for the State. Head Coach Susan Reasons has been leading the Tennis program since 2001.

Coach Reasons has dedicated her professional career to the development of successful Tennis Programs and Players. Having been a Head Coach for Hilltop High School, Marion High School, San Diego City College, San Diego Mesa College and currently Southwestern College......Coach Reasons is now over the 20 year mark and looking forward to the next 20 years. Coach Reasons was honored for her Playing and Coaching success by being inducted into the Southwestern College Athletic Hall of Fame on the 50th SWC year anniversary, in 2011.

Coach Reasons has also been responsible for the Creation and Instruction of the Southwestern College Tennis Academy......a community based program on campus for ages 7-17 for beginning -Advanced level Training which runs year round, since 2001. Thousands of kids have learned and perfected their Tennis on Campus. Coach Reasons has also added evening classes for Adults too.
