Siordina awarded SWC STEM Grant from National Science Foundation

Former Women's Soccer Student-Athlete; Adriana Siordina has recently been awarded as a STEM grant recipient from the 3.2million dollar grant provided to Southwestern College from the National Science Foundation for Chemistry and Biochemistry Students. She is one of the few to receive the grant for her pursing career in the STEM field. Click here to read more about the grant and how it is applied to SWC!

Adriana played two years for the Southwestern Jaguars Women's Soccer team under Head Coach Carolina Soto.  She was an excellent student-athlete.  She is also an advocate for Latina women in the science field and have been recognized for her strong academics!
