SWC competed in second pacific coast athletic conference swim meet at palomar college

Southwestern College competed in the second Pacific Coast Athletic Conference swim meet at Palomar College on March 17, 2023. Freshman Mayra Lobato won two individual events, finishing first in the 100 yard Backstroke (1:05.79) and 200 yard Backstroke (2:23.04), while also placing 3rd overall in the 50 yard (27.04). Freshman Luis Serrano was also victorious in to 200 yard Backstroke (2:09.18), while finishing second overall in the 500 yard Freestyle (4:56.90) and 200 yard Freestyle (1:53.63). Freshman Kiana Henriquez placed 3rd overall in the 200 yard Freestyle, 100 yard Freestyle (1:01.91) and 200 yard Individual Medley (2:32.94). Sophomore Jake Osthimer placed second overall in the 200 yard Backstroke (2:20.04).

Next up for the Jaguars will be hosting the PCAC's 3rd Swim Invite here at Southwestern College on Friday, March 25th at 12:00pm.
