Welcome......New assistant cross country coach ethan Lamprecht

Ethan Lamprecht is our assistant coach for the Cross-Country Program with several years of experience in Cross Country.  His knowledge of the sport is vast and continues to get bigger every day. He believes that a straight forward transparent approach is vital to guiding the new generation of athletes and he thinks that success is not attained through good luck, but a long and tedious process of consistent hard work.
