A Southwestern College athlete, Valienteno Parcely comes to us from Otay Ranch High School.  He was a 4 year letter varsity for football at Otay Ranch High School in Chula VIsta, CA, where he graduated in 2011. He has drive.  He is currently majoring in Telemedia.
